The Team Support Coordinator provides vital support to the Customer Acquisition and Revenue Optimization department by enhancing marketing processes, managing vendor relationships, ensuring stock readiness, facilitating analysis by the marketing and pricing teams, and coordinating cross-functional projects. You will play a key role in driving marketing and pricing initiatives, supporting revenue optimization efforts, and facilitating the administration of essential tools and systems.
You report to the Director of Customer Acquisition & Revenue Optimization.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES!
Team & System Support
- You oversee task tracking, event planning, and internal communications to align departmental efforts.
- You manage and monitor change requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.
- You assist in the rollout and adoption of new tools, software, and automation initiatives (e.g. training, documentation).
- You support the administration and management of the department’s telephony platform and systems.
- You report and reconcile marketing ad-hoc expenses with the accounting team.
Vendor & Stock Management
- You lead procurement processes for essential retail items (e.g., locks, merchandise) and maintain vendor contracts.
- You raise and coordinate purchase orders (where needed).
- You monitor and facilitate stock refurbishment to ensure all inventory is ready and available as needed.
- You work closely with vendors and field teams to manage supply needs and address any stock issues proactively.
Project Coordination for New Developments and Acquisitions
- You serve as the main point of contact for marketing and pricing-related activities tied to new openings.
- You conduct pre- and post-opening checks to ensure readiness and follow up on required tasks.
- You coordinate and manage timelines, ensuring smooth execution of marketing and revenue-related processes.
Customer Communication & Engagement
- You provide ad-hoc support for customer communication campaigns, including email mass mailings.
- You assist with the coordination and execution of customer survey projects to gather insights and feedback.
Additional Marketing Support
- You provide support for paid search campaigns, including search term analysis and negative keyword management.
- You prepare competitive analysis, incl. geocoding and catchment studies, to inform strategic decisions.
- You participate in testing and quality assurance for web and mobile apps to ensure optimal functionality.
- You help with marketing’s data governance topics, managing updates, definitions, access permissions, and compliance.
